Privacy Policy & Content Reporting

This policy explains how DramaDrop handles information when you watch short-form entertainment, sign in as a creator, upload content, earn rewards, or contact us.

Effective and last updated: August 31, 2026

Need content removed? If you believe content is misleading, inaccurate, harmful, unlawful, infringes your rights, or exposes personal information, use the report and removal form below.

1. Overview

This Privacy Policy applies to the DramaDrop mobile application and the related creator and support services operated by Stalk.Me (collectively, the “Service”). By using the Service, you acknowledge the practices described here.

2. Information we handle

Information you provide

  • Creator account information: when you sign in with Google, we receive identifiers and profile details such as your user ID, name, email address, and profile image.
  • Creator content: videos you select for upload, audio contained in those videos, titles, descriptions, genres, episode details, and related publishing metadata.
  • Rewards and payout information: watch-time totals, reward balances, redemption history, payout method, account name, account identifier, and any note you provide.
  • Support and report information: your email, report reason, content identifiers, explanation, attachments, and other information you choose to send us.

Information generated during use

  • Video viewing activity and watch duration used for playback progress, creator analytics, and rewards.
  • Local app preferences, such as whether onboarding guidance has been shown and saved creator form suggestions.
  • Technical information that our hosting, authentication, advertising, and security providers may process, such as IP address, device and app identifiers, advertising identifiers, network information, ad interactions, and diagnostic events.

The app requests camera and microphone permissions so compatible media features can work. Creator upload currently lets you select a video from your device. We do not access media unless you take an action that requires it and grant the relevant permission.

3. How we use information

  • Provide video playback, creator sign-in, uploads, moderation, analytics, rewards, and payout requests.
  • Authenticate users, secure accounts, prevent fraud and abuse, and enforce our policies.
  • Review reports, investigate misleading or objectionable content, respond to removal requests, and protect legal rights.
  • Serve, measure, and improve advertising and the Service.
  • Comply with applicable law and valid legal requests.

4. When information is shared

We do not sell your personal information. We may disclose information to service providers as needed to operate the Service, including:

  • Google Firebase and Google Sign-In for authentication, database, and hosting services.
  • Google AdMob, Meta Audience Network, and Unity/ironSource for advertising, mediation, measurement, fraud prevention, and related services.
  • Cloud infrastructure providers used for video storage, delivery, creator rewards, and application APIs.

These providers may process information under their own terms and privacy policies. See Google’s Privacy Policy, Firebase privacy information, Meta’s Privacy Policy, and Unity’s app-user privacy policy.

We may also disclose information when required by law, to address fraud or safety risks, to enforce agreements, or as part of a business transfer. Published creator names and content metadata may be visible to Service users.

5. Retention and security

We keep information only as long as reasonably needed to provide the Service, administer rewards and payouts, resolve disputes, satisfy legal or accounting requirements, and protect the Service. Retention periods vary by the type of information and why it is held.

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, including encrypted network connections and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

6. Your choices and requests

  • You can decline camera, microphone, and media permissions through your device settings, though related features may not work.
  • You can sign out of your creator account and delete your own uploaded videos through Creator Studio where available.
  • You may request access, correction, deletion of your account and associated data, or object to certain processing by emailing techistics1@gmail.com. Include the Google account email used in the app and the request you want us to complete. We may verify your identity before acting.
  • Advertising choices may also be available through your device’s privacy and advertising settings.

7. Children

The Service is not directed to children under 13, or the minimum age required in their country. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children below the applicable minimum age. Contact us if you believe a child has provided personal information so we can investigate and take appropriate action.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when the Service or legal requirements change. We will publish the updated version here and revise the “last updated” date. Material changes may also be communicated through the app or store listing where appropriate.
